School Initiative
Active school shootings are on the rise. We made it our priority to change the outcomes of future attacks.
We provide Stop the Bleed (STB) education for at-risk communities — based on hospital and local violent crime data — along with Bleeding Control Kits for a variety of local sites.
We train school personnel, including nurses, certified athletic trainers and health educators, along with School Resource Officers and local EMS staff, to become instructors in their respective municipalities — creating a sustainable model for this lifesaving education and skill building.
School districts that do not have the financial means will be offered Bleeding Control Kits and will be provided with STB Training Kits to further support the sustainability of this project.
